Do you offer government funding for your courses?


No, we dont offer any Government funding we are a private training academy.




When do I recieve my certificate?


You will receive your certificate on the last day of your training as long as all theory and practical components of your course have been completed.




Do you offer consession on your courses?


No, we do not offer any concessions but we do offer 10% off if you register other courses.




How many students are there in a class?


We only take maximum of 5 students per class to ensure a highest standard of learning between student and trainer is achieved.




I have children can I bring them to training


No, it is a professional environment and will be too dangerous for any child and children will be a distraction to you and others in the class




I have no previous experience or knowledge in nails/beauty can I still attend training?


Yes, our short courses are designed for people with no beauty experience.




Do I need to be 18 years old to attend training?


No, but if you are under 18 we would just require a parent or guardian approval.




My english is poor can I bring a translater to class?


Basic understanding of English is recommended. Our trainer can speak both English and Vietnamese but for other languages one on one training session can be organized for people with no English and an interpreter can be present. This will incur an extra fee (see terms and conditions). In a class environment we cater for all needs and requirements.




I did not achieve high results at school or did not finish highschool, will I get behind in class?


Not at all! We have have 80/20 training where our short courses are 80% practical and 20% theory. Our courses are designed so all students learn at the same pace.




I dont know many people how will I find models for my practical assessment?


You wont need to worry about looking for models for your training. We provide models for all our students in all courses.




I suffer from mental illness and have unusual behavhior, can I still attend training?


Yes you can as long as: - we have been made aware of your disorder and requirements - you are not a danger to yourself or any other students - we have been given a clearance from your specialist that you are able to attend and complete a beauty course.




What happens if I complete training but still unsure, scared and unconfident to do it?


We offer FREE ongoing support and mentoring for all students with no time limits. Upon completion you will be added to our private Facebook group where you can get support from us and other students in the same industry. Support is also available via phone, email and messenger. We also offer you FREE use of our salon space where you can perfect your skills or troubleshoot any part of your training you are still having trouble with until you are ready to go on your own.




Do you offer student/trainee services or only professional services?


We have services that you can book in with our manager/trainer Anna Nguyen. However, we do also offer trainee services for clients at a huge discounted rate. These services are performed by our newly graduates who's wanting to perfect their skills and confidence level post training and build their own portfolio. We'll always try and support our students and create opportunities for our students to succeed any way we can. By booking in with our trainees you will be helping them perfect what they've learnt to further their career.




How long does permanent make up last?


Depending on the service and skin type you will require touchup every 1-3 years.




Am I eligible for permanent makeup procedure?


You are ineligible for any permanent makeup services if you are: pregnant, breast feeding, diabetic, if you have glaucoma, skin diseases, keloid disorder, HIV/Hepatitis, skin cancer or if you’re taking skin medications like steroids. You must also be 18+ years of age. All exceptions to pregnant and breast feeding clients with a doctor’s letter of consent.




How many sessions will I need for a new set of brows?


Every brand new set of brows require two sessions to be completed and the desired results to be achieved. The first session is the initial appointment and the second session is the first touch up usually done 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment. After then you will require touch ups every 1-3 years depending on the services and skin type.
