Service Description

FIRST INITIAL TOUCH UPS: In order to achieve maximum colour retention on your brows/lips/eyeliner, you will need to book in for a follow up appointment 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. This appointment is included in your pricing of your initial service. YEARLY TOUCH UPS: We recommend to do yearly maintenance touch ups if you would like to add more colour to your brows/lips/eyeliner. The period in between touch ups will depend on how your skin absorbs the pigments of your tattoo. To avoid paying higher prices for touch ups on faded brows/lips/eyeliner we recommend getting touch ups between 1-2 years. More than 2yrs+ will be new service cost. NOTE: No foreign touch ups! Touch ups are for existing clients only. A $50 non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required upon booking that goes directly towards the total fee of the service. Within a year -$150 1-2 years - $200 After 2 years- Cost of a new set

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointments cancelled within 12hrs of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. Same day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that our appointments are limited and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling appointments will be possible if we are given at least 12hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your REFILL/TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference). If you are rescheduling less than 12hrs of your appointment date you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment
