Service Description

We offer eyelash extension removal service for clients who have had their eyelash extensions applied by other salons or have left them grown out for more than 5 weeks and need to have them removed for a new set. Please book an appointment for lash removal or contact us if you have specific requirements.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointments cancelled within 12hrs of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. Same day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that our appointments are limited and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling appointments will be possible if we are given at least 12hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your REFILL/TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference). If you are rescheduling less than 12hrs of your appointment date you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment
