Classic - Hybrid Refills

Service Description

Refills are required when the natural eyelash has fallen out (due to the eyelash cycle). You will require in-fills every 2-4 weeks this will ensure a consistently full fresh set of lashes. We will also use this time to remove any eyelash extensions that have either grown out to far or are not sitting correctly and time taken can vary due to the condition of the extensions and also how long it has been since your last visit. NOTE: 2 weeks refills are charged at $50 (or 70% lashes remaining) 3 weeks refill please add $20 extra (or 50% lashes remaining) Anything after 4 weeks with less than 50% lashes remaining will be charged for a soak off and a new set. * ADD $20 SOAK OFF (if required) Please advise us when booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointments cancelled within 12hrs of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. Same day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that our appointments are limited and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling appointments will be possible if we are given at least 12hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your REFILL/TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference). If you are rescheduling less than 12hrs of your appointment date you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment
